Its that time of year – warm weather inspires us to bring out the patio furniture, clean off the deck and refresh the flower pots. When you open the door to the garage or storage locker you wonder how all that other “stuff” got there. Maybe its time to find a second life for those items you’re not using and this weekend is the perfect opportunity. The City of Bellevue’s Annual Spring Recycling Event is Saturday, May 2nd from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue. (1717 Bellevue Way NE). This is a free event and just about anything is accepted (no contaminated items). There is a small fee for some items (refrigerators/freezers, mattresses and box springs). For more information check the City of Bellevue website http://www.ci.bellevue.wa.us
