About Robin

Originally from the east coast, I’ve lived in Bellevue for over 30 years – downtown for the past decade. When I moved here there were few high rise buildings, commercial or residential, and less than 1,000 people lived downtown. Fast forward three decades  –  its amazing how much has changed. Bellevue has a thriving central business district, a vibrant arts, entertainment and social scene, some of the hottest shops and restaurants and nearly 15,000 people now call downtown Bellevue home. It’s the fastest growing neighborhood on the eastside.

My real estate career spans 30+ years. I started in commercial real estate, working with two local developers, and moved my focus to residential real estate, working with multiple developers in the marketing and sales of several of downtown Bellevue new condo communities in the 1990s.. Known for my local market knowledge and expertise, I’ve earned the reputation as a condo and HOA expert. Condos have unique issues that can complicate even the simplest real estate transaction. As a local market expert, I understand those issues and have the experience to help buyers and sellers navigate the maze of issues specific to condos and homeowner associations. A downtown resident and market expert, I know what’s happening around town, and what’s about to happen, and how future changes to the skyline may impact lifestyle, views and values.

Bellevue is a great place to call home. It’s a diverse city which, in a relatively short period of time, has grown from a quiet Seattle suburb into a major urban center. I love living downtown and look forward to seeing the city’s continued growth in the coming years.
